CELERWARE · FLOATINK
Website & sales terms
Version 1.0 · Published September 10, 2026
Celerware is an independent developer’s software brand. This website provides product information, download information and support. FloatInk purchases are not open yet; the sales provisions below apply to licences sold under these terms after launch.
Operator and contact
This website and FloatInk are provided by an individual developer publishing under the Celerware brand. For product, order or privacy questions, contact support@celerware.com. Celerware is a brand name, not a representation of an incorporated company.
Using the website
You may browse and refer to public information on this website. Do not attack the website, disrupt its service, impersonate the developer or infringe others’ rights. No website account is required. External services may have their own terms. Website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Before you buy
The launch licence is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. The final price, currency, taxes and eligible product version will be disclosed before payment. Check the system requirements, device allowance and trial experience before buying. Checkout is not open yet; this page is not a payment request or an order.
Payment and delivery
Creem is planned to provide checkout and Merchant of Record services. The checkout and receipt identify the transaction entity and applicable payment terms. After successful payment, the activation key is delivered to the purchase email address or on the payment-success page. If it is missing, check spam and contact support with the order reference; do not pay again to resolve delivery problems.
Software licence and refunds
FloatInk is licensed under its software licence agreement; purchasing does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. The launch licence covers one user on up to 2 Windows devices they personally use, for personal or commercial work. A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase under the refund policy.
Availability and liability
Maintenance or faults may temporarily interrupt the website or downloads. The developer will reasonably address reported problems but does not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. Nothing excludes warranties, remedies or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Disputes and changes
Please contact support first so that problems can be resolved. Your rights to consumer complaints and judicial remedies under applicable law remain available. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Changes will carry a version and date and will not retroactively reduce purchased licence rights. Differences between translations must be interpreted without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
